Professor Ting-Chang Chang’s R&D team has successfully developed “ Low-Temperature Defects Elimination Technology for Semiconductor devices” technology (the Technology).

The Technology can be used in the back-end semiconductor process and eliminate 80% of defects to resolve difficulties faced by the industry.

The Technology is also funded by the Startup Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) in the amount of NTD 31,000,000.  

Following, Professor Chang’s team established a starup company named Naidun-Tech Co., Ltd., and National Sun Yat-sen University licensed the Technology to Naidun-Tech in 2020.
